Colorado Rapids, San Jose Earthquakes play out draw

Colorado Rapids and San Jose Earthquakes have played out a goalless draw in their MLS clash this evening.

Edson Buddle got his head to the ball early on following a good cross from Nick LaBrocca, but he could only send it over the bar.

San Jose's Shea Salinas then fired an effort wide before Chris Wondolowski skewed a shot over the Colorado's net.

After the break, Victor Bernardez did well to deny Jared Watts's shot and keep the score level.

Adam Jahn was sent off late on for the visitors but Colorado could not find a winner, meaning both teams shared the points.
