AC Chievo Verona cruise past Livorno

AC Chievo Verona have beaten Livorno 3-0 in their Serie A match this afternoon.

Luca Rigoni gave the home side the lead when he fired in an effort from just inside the box.

After the break, Cyril Thereau scored the home side's second when he side-footed in Perparim Hetemaj's cross.

With 11 minutes left to play, Alberto Paloschi put the game beyond the visitors' reach when he slotted in from close range, after his initial shot had been spilled by the keeper.

The victory means that Chievo are now up to 16th in the Serie A table, moving above today's opponents, who are in 18th place.
