Willian has no plans to quit Stamford Bridge in January

Chelsea forward Willian declares himself "happy" at Stamford Bridge, despite starting fewer than half of his side's Premier League games this term.

Willian has told Chelsea supporters worried about his Stamford Bridge future to remain "calm", as he does not intend to walk out on the club midway through the campaign.

The Brazilian forward returned the Blues' starting lineup against Huddersfield Town on Tuesday, marking his 24th appearance of the season with his first headed goal for the club.

Willian has started fewer than half of Chelsea's Premier League games this term, though, and was recently linked with a surprise move to Catalan giants Barcelona.

Despite being used less regularly since Antonio Conte's switch to a 3-4-3 formation last year, the 29-year-old is not looking for a way out of Stamford Bridge.

"I am always happy here at Chelsea, I really like this club a lot with my heart so I am very happy here," he told reporters. "Leave in January? I hope not. I am happy here and the fans can be calm, I am a Chelsea player."

Willian played a direct part in all three Chelsea goals at the John Smith's Stadium, having also set up strikes for Tiemoue Bakayoko and Pedro.
