Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has reportedly instructed his scouts to keep a close eye on Ipswich Town defender Tyrone Mings.
The 21-year-old is believed to be attracting the interest of a number of clubs due to his performances in the Championship, with Arsenal, Manchester United and Everton being linked with moves in the past.
According to The Mirror, Chelsea are also considering making an offer for Mings as Mourinho makes plans for the future.
The report claims that the Chelsea boss believes Mings could be a long-term replacement for John Terry, despite playing most of his football at full-back.
Ipswich rejected an offer from Crystal Palace in the summer to keep Mings at Portman Road.
