Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly pondering a £41.5m move for Chelsea midfielder Oscar and are looking to seal a deal before the World Cup this summer.
The Telegraph claims that the French giants will face competition for the Brazilian international from Barcelona and fellow Ligue 1 big-spenders Monaco.
However, it is believed that Chelsea are unlikely to part with the 22-year-old, who has been a central figure in Jose Mourinho's plans since he rejoined the club as manager last summer.
PSG have sent scouts to watch Oscar in recent weeks and their interest is said to remain strong, which may result in a bid at the end of the season.
Oscar was left out of Chelsea's starting lineup for their 4-0 win over Tottenham Hotpur in the Premier League on Saturday.
