Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling is allegedly attracting interest from two Premier League clubs.
Having failed to secure a transfer away from Stamford Bridge in the summer, the England international will be preparing to take on a new challenge in the winter transfer window.
While the 31-year-old has previously turned down opportunities, he may have to be more receptive to any offer that comes his way at the turn of the year.
Reports have suggested that Sterling's priority is to remain in London and offers may materialise from clubs in the city.
Nevertheless, as per CaughtOffside, a team from England's capital may face competition from a newly-promoted team.
Which Premier League clubs are interested in Sterling?
The report alleges that Leeds United and Crystal Palace are the two teams most likely to make an approach for Sterling.
Leeds - who have improved considerably across recent games - are said to view Sterling as "a marquee signing" as they bid to remain in the Premier League.
A three-game unbeaten run against Chelsea, Liverpool and Brentford has moved Daniel Farke's side three points clear of the relegation zone.
Meanwhile, Palace head coach Oliver Glasner is said to like the versatility that Sterling could bring to his Palace attack.
Sterling is capable as playing as one of two number 10s or down the middle as a false nine. With Palace bidding to win the Conference League, Glasner has demanded extra numbers for his squad.
Chelsea are no strangers to conducting deals with their Palace counterparts with Trevoh Chalobah, Ben Chilwell and Conor Gallagher having all spent stints at Selhurst Park.
Palace move makes sense for all parties?
With his reputation as low as it has ever been, Sterling will know that a move to Palace may be as good as it gets in January.
An opportunity to represent a London club competing in Europe would surely be too attractive to turn down, and Glasner would seemingly be willing to hand him regular game time.
There is also the possibility of Chelsea cancelling Sterling's contract to improve the chances of a transfer, yet Sterling may prefer for the clubs to negotiate a loan at this point.
