Team News: Thibaut Courtois back in goal as Chelsea chase Premier League title

Thibaut Courtois returns in place of Petr Cech as Chelsea try to beat Crystal Palace and seal the Premier League title.

Jose Mourinho has made two changes to his Chelsea side as the Blues try to secure their first Premier League title in five years by beating Crystal Palace this afternoon.

One comes in goal as Belgian stopper Thibaut Courtois gets the nod ahead of Petr Cech. Further forward, Juan Cuadrado has been drafted in after initially being named on the substitutes' bench as Ramires fell ill in the warm-up.

Up front, Didier Drogba continues ahead of Loic Remy as the lone striker, with Diego Costa out injured.

Visitors Palace, meanwhile, have four changes in their starting lineup.

Coming into the side are Adrian Mariappa, Joel Ward, Joe Ledley and Jordon Mutch, with Martin Kelly, Pape Souare, Mile Jedinak and Glenn Murray dropping out.

Chelsea: Courtois; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta; Fabregas, Matic; Willian, Cuadrado, Hazard; Drogba
Subs: Cech, Filipe Luis, Ake, Zouma, Mikel, Loftus-Cheek, Remy

Palace: Speroni; Mariappa, Dann, Delaney, Ward; Ledley, McArthur; Puncheon, Mutch, Zaha; Bolasie
Subs: Hennessey, Hangeland, Kelly, Lee, Jedinak, Sanogo, Murray
