Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has admitted that he has had to re-evaluate his side's aims for the season following their recent poor form.
The Blues' 3-1 defeat to Napoli in midweek made it five games without a win for Villas-Boas's men, and the Portuguese manager acknowledges that fourth place is now their most realistic target.
"There is a big battle between fourth and seventh in the league and it will change each weekend," said the 34-year-old
"The objective of course is to limit the damages and to get to fourth position, maybe third eventually.
"If Arsenal beat Tottenham and we win we are only seven points behind them with one game against them to play, so let us wait and see."
Chelsea are currently fifth in the Premier League table, level on points with fourth place Arsenal.
