Jose Mourinho describes Chelsea critics as "dogs" following title triumph

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho hits back at the club's critics by describing them as "dogs" following his side's Premier League title win.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has taken a swipe at the club's critics following Sunday's Premier League title triumph.

At the weekend, the West London outfit won their fifth league title following a five-year wait courtesy of a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.

Mourinho's team have been criticised over the course of the season for their brand of football, which has been deemed 'boring' in some quarters, and the Portuguese coach decided to respond to his critics after Sunday's title glory.

"The people who have the big face to say we don't deserve it are the ones of whom, in my country, we say, 'the dogs bark and the caravan goes by'," The Express quotes Mourinho as saying.

"It is easy to be a pundit. As a pundit, you win every game. You don't lose matches. It's a fantastic job, really. Maybe in 10 years' time, it will be my job. Now, as a manager, I lose sometimes and it's a much more difficult job."

The Blues have three games to play before the season is out.
