Club legend Frank Lampard will reportedly be announced as Chelsea's new manager in the next couple of days.
The 41-year-old, who made 648 appearances for the Blues during a 13-year playing career at Stamford Bridge, is the strong favourite to succeed Maurizio Sarri in the dugout.
Following a couple of weeks of speculation regarding his future, talkSPORT claims that the Englishman will land his dream job in the next 48 hours.
The report indicates that Jody Morris, Lampard's current number two at Derby, will join him at Chelsea.
Sarri left the West London outfit last week after one season at the helm to take over at Italian champions Juventus.body check tags ::
