Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard has admitted that he still remains hopeful over earning a new deal at the club.
The England international is out of contract in the summer, with the Blues yet to offer him fresh terms.
However, the 34-year-old wants to resolve his future sooner rather than later.
"I've always said that I wanted to spend all my career here and I think everyone knows that," Lampard told Sky Sports News.
"Maybe I could do more, you can always do more but I've been pretty pleased [with my form].
"I just want to contribute and I want to keep doing that for the last three games."
Chelsea travel to Aston Villa on Saturday.
