West Bromwich Albion boss Steve Clarke believes that Romelu Lukaku will become a force for Chelsea in the future.

West Bromwich Albion head coach Steve Clarke believes that striker Romelu Lukaku will thrive at Chelsea when he returns to Stamford Bridge.

The 19-year-old, who has netted 13 goals in the Premier League this season, moved to The Hawthorns from West London on a loan deal, which will expire in the summer.

"He's improving all the time," Clarke told the club's official website. "It's good for him, which is why he came here, and it's been good for us because he's made a big contribution and it will be good for Chelsea in the future."

The Belgium international signed for the Blues from Anderlecht in 2011.
