Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Tottenham Hotspur. could line up for Wednesday's EFL Cup semi-final first leg with Chelsea.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte has no fresh injury concerns to work around for his side's EFL Cup semi-final first leg with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.

The Lilywhites remain without Steven Bergwijn, Cristian Romero and Ryan Sessegnon, but Conte is otherwise well-stocked for his reunion with the Blues.

The Spurs boss has demanded a lot from his established first XI over the winter period and may ponder some changes here, starting with Bryan Gil potentially displacing Lucas Moura in attack.

Son Heung-min and Harry Kane can expect to hold their places, though, with Dele Alli trying and failing to make a consistent impact under the new manager.

Emerson Royal and Sergio Reguilon are unlikely to lose their spots in the wide areas, though, with Matt Doherty expected to be on the lookout for a new club this month.

Harry Winks is a candidate to start in the middle over Oliver Skipp alongside Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, while Japhet Tanganga could be drafted into the backline in place of Eric Dier.

Conte may hold off on altering his defence too much given the stakes in this encounter, as Hugo Lloris once again prepares to keep Pierluigi Gollini out of the XI.

Tottenham possible starting lineup: Lloris; Tanganga, Sanchez, Davies; Emerson, Winks, Hojbjerg, Reguilon; Son, Kane, Gil
