Team News: Charlie Austin, Matty Phillips start for QPR, Simon Makienok debuts for Charlton

Queens Park Rangers manager Chris Ramsey has named Charlie Austin and Matty Phillips in his starting XI against Charlton Athletic, despite interest in both players from Premier League sides.
