Neil Lennon is in danger of being charged for breaking three of the SFA's disciplinary rules.

The Scottish Football Association have called on Celtic manager Neil Lennon to answer three allegations of breaching the governing body's disciplinary rules.

The charges are in relation to the coach's conduct during the Bhoys' 2-1 defeat to Hearts in the Scottish Cup semi-final on April 15.

The SFA's decision was prompted by the Northern Irishman running onto the pitch on the full-time whistle to express his frustrations to referee Euan Norris after the official awarded a late penalty to Hearts.

Lennon also took to social network site Twitter to air his anger towards the referee, which is a breach of rule 68.

The 40-year-old has until May 3 to respond to the charges.
