Cardiff City are reportedly lining up a summer move for Leeds United midfielder Robert Snodgrass.
The Scotland international has been named as captain at Elland Road by new manager Neil Warnock.
However, Cardiff boss Malky Mackay is hoping to land the 24-year-old regardless of whether the Bluebirds gain promotion to the Premier League, according to The Mirror.
Snodgrass, who is thought to be valued at around £8m, moved to Leeds in 2008 from Livingstone.
