Brest have boosted their survival chances with a 3-1 win over title-chasing Lille.
The home side opened the scoring after just four minutes when Omar Daf's long-range effort found the top corner.
Bruno Grougi doubled Brest's lead from the spot five minutes later after Frank Beria had handled inside the area.
Dimitri Payet halved the lead in the 26th minute with a left-footed shot across Mickael Landreau.
Brest's two-goal cushion was restored when Alexandre Alphonse curled a shot into the top corner from inside the box.
Lille ended the match with ten men after Tulio De Melo received a second yellow card for diving.
