Team News: Blackburn Rovers without Jordan Rhodes for Brentford clash

Ryan Tunnicliffe replaces Jordan Rhodes in the Blackburn Rovers side for today's clash with Brentford.

Blackburn Rovers are without striker Jordan Rhodes for their visit to Griffin Park this afternoon.

Ryan Tunnicliffe replaces Rhodes in the Rovers lineup, while midfielder Jason Lowe is fit enough for a place on the bench after recovering from the foot injury that has kept him out the side since August.

Brentford manager Mark Warburton makes just one change from the side that lost to Huddersfield Town last week, with Spanish midfielder Jota replacing Jon Toral.

Sam Saunders is fit enough for a place on the bench after featuring for the reserve side in midweek, but Nico Yennaris is still not ready for a return to the first team.

Brentford: Button; Odubajo, Dean, Craig, Bidwell; Douglas, Jota, Diagouraga, Pritchard, Judge; Gray

Blackburn Rovers: Steele; Baptiste, Hanley, Duffy, Olsson; Conway, Williamson, Evans, Marshall; Tunnicliffe, Gestede
