Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe wary of Stoke City threat

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe says that Stoke City provide a big threat at the Vitality Stadium this weekend, despite their barren run.

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has claimed that his team will face a "difficult test" when Stoke City visit the Vitality Stadium for their Premier League meeting on Saturday.

The Potters have struggled for positive results of late having not picked up a win since January 13, while the Cherries have won two of their last four in the top flight.

Despite Stoke losing their last three league matches, Howe believes that Mark Hughes's side are more than capable of hurting Bournemouth this weekend.

"Watching Stoke's games, there has been very little between them and the other sides," Howe told reporters in Friday's press conference.

"They've had a couple of disappointing results, but they're still the same team. They've got very dangerous individuals that we need to be aware of. They have a lot of quality in their team so we're expecting a very difficult test."

The Cherries are currently 15th in the table, five points above relegation.
