Borussia Dortmund midfielder Nuri Sahin back to full fitness

Borussia Dortmund midfielder Nuri Sahin has revealed that he is back to full fitness after missing the start of the season through injury.

The Turkey international last featured for Dortmund back in May before undergoing surgery on a knee problem.

However, the 26-year-old is now hoping to be back in Jurgen Klopp's squad sooner rather then later.

"I am pain free and just happy that I can be on the pitch again," he told Bild. "I hope that I might get a few minutes playing time in our test game this week. I want to finally help the team again."

Dortmund continue their Bundesliga campaign on Saturday when they make the trip to Paderborn.
