Keith Millen joins Blackpool in development role

Keith Millen has been appointed as the head of coaching and development at Blackpool.

Millen, who left his role as Bristol City manager in October, will join up with the Championship club ahead of the new season.

The 45-year-old told Blackpool's official website: "I did some scouting for Blackpool last year so I know manager Ian Holloway really well.

"There is a good group of development lads that need help and I am looking forward to helping them."

Millen left Bristol City after a 5-0 defeat against his new side.
