No January money for Steve Kean

No January money for Kean

Blackburn Rovers manager Steve Kean has been told by club owners Venky's that there will be no additional money for the January transfer window.

Instead, the Scot may have to sell key players to fund any possible moves, according to the Lancashire Telegraph.

Michel Salgado, Jason Roberts and Junior Hoilett are thought to be amongst those on their way out of Ewood Park in the New Year.

Meanwhile, Blackburn have been linked with moves for Andrew Johnson and Chris Gunter.

Rovers, who travel to Manchester United on New Year's Eve, are currently bottom of the Premier League table.
