Blackburn Rovers complete Ben Marshall deal

Blackburn Rovers sign Ben Marshall on a four-year deal from Leicester City.

Blackburn Rovers have completed the signing of Ben Marshall from Leicester City for a reported £1m fee.

The 22-year-old, who had not featured in any of the Foxes' first six matches of the season, has put pen to paper on a four-year deal at Ewood Park.

Marshall joined the East Midlands club from Stoke City for £750,000 in January 2012 and went on to make 61 appearances in all competitions.

After starting his youth career at Manchester United, the England Under-21 international moved on to Crewe Alexandra, where he worked under current Rovers assistant manager Terry McPhillips.
