West Bromwich Albion boss Roy Hodgson still has a host of absentees ahead of the fixture with Blackburn Rovers.

West Bromwich Albion manager Roy Hodgson, who is aiming to end a run of four winless games, has only 19 fit squad members to choose from ahead of the clash with Blackburn Rovers at The Hawthorns.

Jerome Thomas remains on the sidelines with the knee complaint which kept him out of the 2-0 defeat at Everton last weekend.

Longterm absentees Zoltan Gera, James Morrison and Steven Reid will also miss out.

Visitors Blackburn, who have lost their last two matches, may welcome back Gael Givet to the starting XI, after the defender was passed fit following a hamstring injury.

Vince Grella and Michel Salgado are certain absentees with hip and rib injuries respectively.

Current form:

West Brom: WWLDLL
Blackburn: LDWWLL

Possible lineups:

West Brom: Foster; Jones, McAuley, Olsson, Ridgewell; Tchoyi, Scharner, Andrews, Brunt; Odemwingie, Long

Blackburn: Robinson; Lowe, Dann, Givet, Martin Olsson; Orr, Pedersen, Nzonzi, Marcus Olsson, Hoilett; Yakubu

Sports Mole says: 1-3
