A private video of Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean has been leaked on YouTube.

A video of under-fire Blackburn Rovers manager Steve Kean has been leaked on YouTube, in which he allegedly makes negative comments about his predecessor Sam Allardyce.

The video was taken by Rovers fans during last summer's pre-season tour of Hong Kong, where Kean also reportedly claims to have discovered the talent of now Manchester United defender Phil Jones.

Kean also allegedly promised fans a top-ten finish in the Premier League, and success in the Carling Cup last season.

Blackburn were relegated from the Premier League earlier this month.
