Slaven Bilic: 'Besiktas deserved more from Tottenham Hotspur clash'

Besiktas manager Slaven Bilic believes that his charges "deserved more" from their 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur in their Europa League clash.

Besiktas manager Slaven Bilic has spoken of his 'frustration' at securing a 1-1 draw at the death against Tottenham Hotspur in tonight's Europa League Group C clash at White Hart Lane.

Harry Kane opened the scoring in the 27th minute, but a late Demba Ba penalty following a Vlad Chiriches handball meant that the visitors would come away with a point.

Bilic told reporters after the game: "I am frustrated. For every club it is always good when you get a point away at White Hart Lane but I think we played great football. We dominated, we passed the ball well and we definitely deserved more than this point.

"From our point of view it was a really good game of football but especially in the first half you have to score the kind of chances we had."

Besiktas are currently second in Group C, with Spurs in third.
