Belgium's Marouane Fellaini doubtful for USA clash

Marouane Fellaini has been rated as doubtful for Belgium's World Cup round of 16 clash against the USA tomorrow.

The Manchester United midfielder has picked up a thigh complaint, which is a similar problem to the one suffered by his teammate Mousa Dembele earlier in the tournament.

Nevertheless, head coach Marc Wilmots has confirmed that both still have a chance of being included in the starting lineup, as does captain Vincent Kompany.

It has already been confirmed that Belgium will be without Steven Defour for the encounter because of suspension.
