Thibaut Courtois begins in goal, while Tottenham Hotspur duo Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen are joined by Dedryck Boyata in defence, as Vincent Kompany misses out again.

Kevin De Bruyne, who assisted one of the Red Devils' goals at the start of the week, will play in midfield alongside Axel Witsel, Yannick Carrasco and Thomas Meunier.

Up front, Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku, who helped himself to a brace against Panama, is joined by Eden Hazard and Dries Mertens, who completed the scoring.

For Tunisia, Farouk Ben Mustapha replaces Mouez Hassen in goal after the 2-1 defeat to England, while Saif-Eddine Khaoui comes in for Naim Sliti in the only other switch made by coach Nabil Maaloul.

Dylan Bronn and Ali Maaloul continue at the back, while Ferjani Sassi, who netted the penalty against the Three Lions earlier in the week, is chosen again in midfield.
