Bastia edge past Evian TG

Bastia have recorded a 2-0 victory over Evian TG in Ligue 1, courtesy of two second-half goals from Milos Krasic and Wahbi Khazri.

The encounter sparked to life shortly after the break following an insipid opening 45 minutes, as Fenerbahce loanee Krasic fired the hosts into the lead on 49 minutes.

The visitors failed to create the clear-cut opportunities required to restore parity.

Khazri struck in the 96th minute to secure the points for Frederic Hantz's men.
