Barnsley complete Peter Ramage loan move

League One side Barnsley have confirmed the signing of Crystal Palace defender Peter Ramage on an emergency three-month loan deal.

The 30-year-old spent last season on loan at Barnsley, making 25 appearances as the Tykes' season ended in relegation from the Championship.

"It's good to be back, and I'm looking forward to getting going again," Ramage said on the club's official website.

"If I was to drop to League One, then Barnsley were the only team I was going to sign for."

Barnsley continue their season with with a trip to Spotland to face Rochdale tomorrow.
