Andres Iniesta is adamant that Spain will not struggle for motivation against France on Tuesday.
Spain play Les Blues in a marquee World Cup qualifier in midweek that will go a long way to deciding who qualifies for Brazil in 2014.
Iniesta has admitted that Spain must continue to work hard in order to stop complacency setting in after four years of unparalleled success.
He told reporters at the pre-match press conference: "It is not easy for a team after winning a World Cup and European Championship to continue with the same dynamic and to remain concentrated.
"But the group of players is the same and we have to qualify for the World Cup in Brazil.
"The game we have on Tuesday is of great importance as France are direct rivals for qualification."
France lost 2-0 to Spain in their last meeting just four months ago in the quarter-finals of Euro 2012, a game which proved to be Laurent Blanc's last in charge of Les Blues.
