Mallorca vs. Barcelona: Predicted XI for Los Piratas in La Liga affair

Muriqi to return? How Mallorca could line up against Barcelona

Mallorca head coach Jagoba Arrasate must decide whether to recall Vedat Muriqi into his side for Tuesday's clash with Barcelona.

Muriqi was suspended against Valencia on Friday night, with Abdon Prats coming off the bench to score the winner for the Pirates, while Dani Rodriguez was given the nod from the first whistle against Los Che.

It is likely that Arrasate will bring Muriqi back into the XI for the visit of Barcelona, though, with a change of formation set to see the 30-year-old operate alongside Cyle Larin in the final third of the field.

Rodriguez is likely to be the player to drop out, with Sergi Darder and Robert Navarro expected to operate in the wide areas.

Mallorca will again be missing Toni Lato, Ivan Cuellar, Takuma Asano and Copete for Tuesday's clash, but no fresh issues have been suffered ahead of the contest with Hansi Flick's side.

Manu Morlanes and Samu Costa should continue in the middle of midfield, while Mateu Morey's substitution against Valencia was a tactical call, so the Spaniard is fit to continue at right-back in this contest.

Mallorca possible starting lineup: Greif; Morey, Valjent, Raillo, Mojica; Morlanes, Costa; Navarro, Darder; Larin, Muriqi
