Dani Alves to miss Copa del Rey final

Barcelona defender Dani Alves has been ruled out of the Copa del Rey final against Athletic Bilbao after breaking his collarbone.

The Brazilian is expected to undergo surgery after he picked up the injury from a heavy fall in training on Wednesday.

Club doctors have yet to confirm how long the 28-year-old will be out of action for.

Outgoing Barca coach Pep Guardiola recently claimed that Alves was /football"irreplaceable" amidst rumours linking the full-back with a move away from the club.
