Juanfran hoping to cap remarkable season

Atletico Madrid right-back Juanfran has revealed that he is hoping to cap a remarkable season with the Champions League title this weekend.

Diego Simeone's side won the La Liga title on Saturday, but must now switch their attention to the final of the European Cup against Real Madrid.

"It would be incredible, for me and my family," Inside Spanish Football quotes Juanfran as saying.

"They are proud of what I have done and what I am doing, but, of course, being a European champion and being the best team in Europe is as good as it gets."

Juanfran has been with Atletico since 2011.
