Aritz Aduriz is set to be handed a new contract at Athletic Bilbao.
The 33-year-old netted 18 goals in 36 games for the Basque outfit last season and has also started the new campaign in impressive fashion.
According to AS, Aduriz will be handed a new one-year contract, with the option of an extension based on appearances.
Aduriz moved to Bilbao from Valencia in 2012.
