Aston Villa have announced that Antonio Luna has joined Serie A side Hellas Verona on a season-long loan.
The defender joined the Premier League side last summer and was a regular starter in the first half of the season, but struggled for playing time after the New Year.
The Italian side will have an option to buy the 23-year-old at the end of his loan.
Luna made 18 appearances for Villa last season, scoring on his debut against Arsenal on the opening day of the season.
