Aston Villa enquire about Tiago Ilori?

Aston Villa have reportedly made an enquiry about Liverpool defender Tiago Ilori.

According to the BBC, Ilori, who earlier turned down a move to Sunderland, could be tempted by regular first-team football.

Ilori, 22, joined Liverpool from Sporting Lisbon in a £7m deal in September 2013, and has spent time out on loan at Granada in La Liga and and Bordeaux in France after failing to hold down a spot in Brendan Rodgers's team.

It is unsure whether Villa want Ilori on loan or on a permanent deal.
