Gabriel Agbonlahor laughs off transfer speculation

Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor has laughed off speculation that he could leave the club this summer.

The 25-year-old has been linked with a host of Premier League clubs this summer, including a move to Sunderland that would see him link up with former boss Martin O'Neill.

Agbonlahor has branded rumours as merely paper talk. He said: "Looking at it over the summer I'm just laughing at myself, thinking 'Where do they get these links from?'

"I'm an Aston Villa player, it's my home club, I love the club. As long as I'm contracted to the club then I'll continue to play for them, until I get told otherwise."

Agbonlahor is under contract at Villa Park until 2015.
