West Ham keen on Chamakh loan?

West Ham United are reportedly keen on taking Arsenal forward Marouane Chamakh on loan in January.

The Moroccan international is expected to leave the Gunners in the New Year, having made just four appearances for the club this season.

Hammers boss Sam Allardyce could now attempt to bring the 28-year-old to Upton Park on a temporary deal, according to the Daily Mail.

Chamakh moved to Arsenal on a free transfer from Bordeaux in May 2010.
