Cologne boss hints at Podolski exit

Cologne coach Stale Solbakken has suggested that Lukas Podolski could leave the club at the end of the season.

The forward, who will be out of contract with the Bundesliga side in summer 2013, has been heavily linked with a move to Arsenal.

"Lukas is currently an FC Cologne player," Der Spiegel quotes Solbakken as saying. "We know that he will be until the end of the season. Then we have to see what happens.

"It is important that he has everything under control and can concentrate on the upcoming games."

Podolski is currently into his second spell at the club after leaving for Bayern Munich in 2006.
