Arsenal 'offer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to clubs'

Arsenal outcast Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has reportedly been put up for sale by the Gunners in the January transfer window.

The Gabon international has been frozen out of the setup after multiple disciplinary breaches saw him stripped of the captaincy last month.

Arsenal continue to challenge for Champions League football without Aubameyang in the side, which has led to speculation surrounding a possible exit this month.

According to the Daily Mail, top clubs around Europe have now been informed of Aubameyang's availability, but his participation at the Africa Cup of Nations may make a winter move difficult.

The report adds that the 32-year-old's £350k weekly wage will also present a stumbling block, and there are fears that his transfer value has 'plummeted' amid his armband saga.

Aubameyang has struck just four goals in 14 Premier League games this season and is thought to be on the radar of Newcastle United and Juventus.
