Arsenal 'deny reports of Santi Cazorla move to Atletico Madrid'

Arsenal have reportedly rejected claims that midfielder Santi Cazorla has agreed personal terms with Atletico Madrid.

Reports in Spain suggested that the 28-year-old was close to agreeing a switch to Atletico following the arrival of David Villa from Barcelona.

Despite the rumours, the North London outfit have confirmed that Cazorla will remain an Arsenal player, even if Atletico make a move for the Spaniard, according to The Mirror.

Cazorla signed for the Gunners last summer from Malaga.
