Several Arsenal players openly mock manager Unai Emery during training sessions, according to a report.

The Spaniard, who took over at the North London club in 2018, has been learning English ever since his appointment, and his pronunciation of 'evening' in post-match interviews has become a viral hit in recent months.

According to The Independent, some of the club's younger players "mercilessly take the p*** out of Emery" for his accent, with many often seen doing impressions.

The former Paris Saint-Germain coach is under increasing pressure at the Emirates Stadium after his side's indifferent start to the season, highlighted by them losing two-goal leads against both Crystal Palace and Watford in recent months.

Emery has also been caught in the crossfire amid the ongoing issues between captain Granit Xhaka and the club's fans, which came to a head in last week's match with Roy Hodgson's team.
