Theo Walcott savours the chance to forget about Arsenal and concentrate on international duties with England.

Theo Walcott has claimed that he is happy to take a break from playing for Arsenal after their poor start to the new season and concentrate on international duties instead.

The forward has suffered a winless start to the Premier League season with Arsenal, with their most recent defeat coming at the hands of Manchester United, who beat the North London side 8-2.

"I forgot about that result, actually," Walcott joked to talkSPORT.

"It’s nice to have a little bit of a change and I’m not focused on Arsenal whatsoever, not at all," he went on.

The 22-year-old has faith in his boss, however, and believes that Arsene Wenger’s spending in the transfer window will benefit the team.

"[They were] great transfers that we got in, but I’m dedicated to England at the moment."

England take on Wales at Wembley tomorrow night.
