Wojciech Szczesny: 'Arsenal in positive spirits'

Wojciech Szczesny claims that Arsenal are feeling positive ahead of a tricky run of fixtures this month.

Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has claimed that the squad is feeling positive ahead of a tricky run of fixtures.

The Gunners face Liverpool in the Premier League and the FA Cup this month, while they also take on Manchester United in the league and Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

"We just try to take it game by game," he told the club's official website.

"We've got a couple of difficult fixtures now but we look at it as chance for us to create an even bigger gap between us and the teams behind us.

"We're looking forward to it and we're very positive."

Arsenal kept their Premier League title hopes alive on Sunday with a 2-0 win at home to Crystal Palace.
