Arsenal assistant boss Steve Bould 'angered' by Arsene Wenger rift rumours

Arsenal assistant manager Steve Bould is reportedly "furious" over reports that he has fallen out with boss Arsene Wenger.

The Gunners have experienced a recent slump in their season, which has led to suggestions that the French manager has been involved in a rift with Bould over the nature of first-team training.

"Steve is furious about this," a source told the London Evening Standard. "There is no issue and they are both working together to sort the team out."

The North London outfit currently sit seventh in the Premier League table and were dumped out of the League Cup on penalties against League Two side Bradford City on Tuesday.
