Jack Wilshere determined to snub London 2012 Olympics?

Wilshere won't budge on Olympics?

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has reportedly decided to reject the opportunity to play for Team Great Britain in this summer's Olympics, despite Stuart Pearce's desire to include the player.

The England international, who has not featured at all this season after picking up an ankle injury, has already been ruled out of the European Championships but Team GB football coach Pearce has kept the 20-year-old in his plans for the London Games.

Despite Pearce's stance that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger cannot stop the England him from selecting Wilshere, it is believed that the playmaker will still reject the chance to compete, according to Setanta Sports.

Wilshere is expected to feature in the Gunners' pre-season tour of the Far East this July.
