Defender Troy Brown has signed a one-year deal to join Aldershot Town.
The 21-year-old joins on a permanent basis after impressing in his 17 appearances on loan from Rotherham United last season.
Manager Dean Holdsworth told Premium Shots: "This is fantastic news for the club and it is great news that Troy has signed. I am looking forward to working with him again."
Brown scored two goals during his short stint on loan at the club in January.
