Arkadiusz Milik has agreed a permanent move to Eredivisie outfit Ajax.
The Polish striker arrived in Amsterdam on a season-long loan basis from Bayer Leverkusen back in May.
However, he has now agreed to extend his stay until the summer of 2019.
