Africa Cup of Nations Preview: Botswana

Making their debut in the Africa Cup of Nations, Botswana topped their qualification group ahead of Tunisia to reach the finals. Sports Mole looks at what to expect from Stanley Tshosane's side.

This year sees Botswana make their debut appearance in the Africa Cup of Nations.

The Zebras qualified as leaders of Group K, ahead of Tunisia.

Botswana are also one of the few teams in the tournament where the majority of their squad plays in their national league.

Players to watch out for:

Mompati Thuma
With 67 caps to his name, Thuma will be expected to lead from the back for Stanley Tshosane's side.

Dipsy Selolwane
Botswana's all-time leading goalscorer, Selolwane spent three years in the MLS with Chicago Fire and Real Salt Lake City before a move back to Africa. If they are going to score, this man is most likely to do it.
